Since the first submission to the gallery of RIP tattoos was one of a baby and rather heavy and depressing this seemed like the perfect first video. It is a lot lighter and shows a unique side of RIP and memorial tattoos yet if you watch the video all the way through you learn the guy has some reasoning behind it and he is not just a freak.
